Alan was a pleasure to work with. What a team. Susan was professional, kind, and very communicative. Selling my mother's house after she died was very hard. Sue and team made it much easier. Lots of activity. Got full asking price...cash in 2 weeks.

Simple the best and most competent realtor and team bar none. Susan was also great. There were so many hurdles to jump through that he navigated fantastically. They are always available/ Our property had many easements that they dealt personally with the township for us. WE could never had done it on our own!!

Alan Kurlander is one of the very best real estate agents that we have worked with. Alan helped us sell our house in Howell at asking price years ago before getting asking price or above was in fashion. Alan then went ahead and sold us our new home in Jackson. Alan, is aggressive but p[pleasant and he wants the best outcome for his clients. I recommend Alan and his team to anyone needing a quality real estate agent and his support team.
