    We had Kamme as our agent and she was amazing throughout the entire experience.     From the time Bear and Rachael came to our home to start the process to sell our home they were confident and optimistic and Bear's words were, "This is a piece of cake". I wondered a bit as the past two realtors had not been able to sell our home and we continued to face disappointment in getting so close each time to only end up with a broken contract, promises that brought no results or buyers choosing the other house instead of ours. Bear and his team just kept working to market our house and to bring qualified buyers to our home. We felt they were always on top of things and so quick to respond to our calls. They were professional in every way and without doubt the very best to work with.

    There were several other homes listed in our area. Ours had at least twice as many showings at the our neighbors did and even though the others were listed ahead of ours; it sold first! We received multiple offers and Bear was able to negotiate them higher. We ultimately settled on the full appraised value of the home which was abut 5% higher than the initial offerings! Thanks guys! You definitely helped move the process along and took a lot of stress out of selling a home.
