In anticipation of Super Bowl 51, everyone is watching the two big teams squaring off for the matching rings: the Atlanta Falcons and the New England Patriots. Pats QB Tom Brady has some amazing moves on the field; but to a New York real estate agent, his NYC condos are just as impressive. The couple sold off their former home, a $9.5 million Boston condo, but they are never without prime real estate.
Tom and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen, have numerous New York City homes, which they change more often than Tom scores touchdowns… same as other celebrities. Brady himself owned a condo in the Time Warner Center from 2006 – 2011, and Gisele hung onto her own West Village townhouse until late 2009 before trading up.
Together, the power couple have wheeled and dealed their way through the Big Apple; in 2013, they snapped up a three-bedroom condo at One Madison for a cool $14 million, promptly finding a tenant to rent it for $45k a month.
Even more expensive is their recent purchase of a Tribeca five-bedroom condo in Robert A.M. Stern’s limestone-covered structure – it cost a flat $20 million, and is rumored to be on a high level floor with access to rooftop decks favored by the nation’s elite thanks to their paparazzi inaccessibility. (Almost makes up for having Rupert Murdoch as a co-tenant in the same building!)
Their New York holdings don’t hold a candle to the mansion they built in LA. Real Estate agents in Los Angeles drool over the edifice which features a moat and chicken coop – and which sold to Dr. Dre in 2015. Now they spend most of their time in the kid friendly, $4.5 million 5 bedroom Brookline, Mass home.

Who is your pick for this Sunday’s big game… Brady or Ryan?
As any Atlanta, Georgia real estate agent can tell you, a prime real estate to lay your head inside the peachy perimeter doesn’t come cheap. Not that Matt Ryan has to worry – the Atlanta Falcon’s QB is doing all right for himself, and may hit even higher fame if the Falcons claim the Superbowl rings this Sunday.
Matt currently has two amazing homes in the ATL area. The first is his Sugarloaf mansion in Duluth, an up and coming area where the rich and well known rub shoulders companionably in between rolling golf courses. He paid a reasonable for the area $874K for the 2-story home, which includes 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 1 half bar, media room, game room, exercise room and a library.
Matt and his wife, Sarah Marshall Ryan, met when both were attending Boston College and she was a basketball star. The couple are enjoying married life before they start thinking about kids, and Ryan has reportedly snapped up not one, but two condos in the new Ritz-Carlton Residences, which occupy the top 17 floors of the 34-story building across from the Lennox in Buckhead; asking prices for the condos range from $815,000 for a two-bedroom, three-bath unit on the 20th floor to $2.9 million for a three-bedroom, four-bath unit on the 34th floor.
Will Ryan or Pats QB Brady emerge victorious from the Superbowl on Sunday? Which team are you rooting for? No matter who wins, the loser still gets to go home to a gorgeous mansion or an extremely nice condo.
