Carol knows more about real estate in the area than anyone I know and has her pulse on this market at all times, including potential buyers and sellers. She knew how to price our large condo and she had buyers in mind before we ever had to go on the open market. Carol was a delight to work with, responsive to my texts and emails, while being caring, and supportive. Her long, successful record as a realtor is proof of her abilities.
