I got in contact with Cheryl when we were about to put our house for sale for the second time, after having it on the market unsuccessfully for a few months.
I was contacted by quite a few agents, but Cheryl was the only one with a good plan. She is very knowledgeable of the Real Estate market, and I liked her strategy. She worked very hard to make the house look the best, drawing the attention to its best features. The pictures for the website were amazing, taken by a professional photographer. The house looked so good I almost didn't want to leave!
We went back on the market with an Open House and got a very good offer the second day. Cheryl sold the house in two days, after it had been on the market for months. And even better, for a higher price.
