I had the distinct pleasure of purchasing a home with Cheryl's help. I can not emphasize enough the amount of patience and diligence Cheryl used while finding the right home for my family and I. I went through MANY realtors before I was lucky enough to find Cheryl. It was a high stress situation and I was not kind nor patient- but I didn't need to be, Cheryl had enough of both for the two of us. She was unfazed and unwavering throughout the search; most importantly she took the exact amount of time to listen to what we wanted. Cheryl is the consummate professional and in the process of selling my house, we also became friends. She knew exactly how to present my house for the market and made education decisions about pricing and when to list. We had a buyer quickly and she helped me through the entire process until closing and after. Highly recommend!!!

It has been a pleasure working with Cheryl Petti. Cheryl worked as my realtor for approximately a year. She helped me sell two homes and to buy my current home. I would describe her as hardworking, knowledgeable, ethical, professional, and warm. She helped me navigate through the jargon associated with buying and selling homes. Polite, informative, on time, honest and committed. Did a great job staging the home for sale.Alway kept an open mind. Very knowledgeable of the area, city events , schools , parks and activity centers.
