It was really nice working with Chris Rosenburg. I met him through Zillow when I wanted to schedule a house tour. I am really thankful for his level of knowledge and his honesty when we went through the first house. He would point out subtle things that I would have missed but were really important for my decision-making.He was very good at gathering information on any houses that I was interested in. Chris was more than just a real estate agent, he was a time and money saver. We looked at a quite a few houses during the buying rush of 2021 and pointed out numerous problems that could turn into money pits in quite a few of the houses we looked at that to an untrained eye would go unnoticed.
