Logan & Atkins Realty Team – Cynthia Logan, originally from Massachusetts, has been a Floridian since 1961 and Florida Realtor since 1975.  Phuong Atkins is from Vietnam and came to the USA as a young child.  As a team, we work with sellers and buyers in the Southwest Florida area.  Cynthia has a passion for service whether in the practice of real estate or with helping ministries.  She is in Florida Realtor leadership as well as local involvement with faith & community organizations.  Loves to bring hope, help and encouragement in everything she does.  She was Realtor of the Year in 2001 and is an officer with the Realtors of Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, North Port, Desoto.  Phuong is a seasoned Realtor and has been a successful business woman, investor and has a passion for helping buyers find their dream home.  She enjoys Asian foods and knows how to prepare these dishes also.  Flowers & exotic fruits are two of her favorite pastimes.  Cynthia & Phuong have been a team for many years.  We share our love for family, friends, faith and all the past, present and future individuals and families who allow us the privilege to be their Realtors.
