Danny is all about serving people!  He grew up as a PK (preacher's kid) all over Georgia.  We lived in Marietta, Savannah, Douglasville, Hiram and back to Marietta.  His slogan is Serving Christ through serving you!

I recently just purchased my first home! With it being my first home, I was not too familiar with the home buying process. Danny was great help from start to finish! He was patient as we look for the home that was right for me and always was willing to help with any questions or concerns I had! I could not have done it without him. Danny was fantastic during both the buying and selling processes. While looking to buy, it took no time for him to narrow down a property that was just what I was looking for. I felt like he was in my corner the whole time, especially during the negotiation period. The closing was super smooth. When it came time to sell Danny knew the local market and gave great advise! Even during the COVID-19 pandemic Danny knew which ways to pivot and adjust to get the property sold without forfeiting any of the original needs. Danny’s laid back yet straightforward approach to real estate is the way to go!

My agent, Danny, lives in the are where we wanted to move. He spent over a week showing me houses. He was patient, and was great with communication! After we put in an offer he helped us every step of the way and helped to get my closing on the same day as my house so I saved a good amount of money!! He evyhelped me look over the contracts for my house! I can’t recommend him enough!

I needed to purchase on a shortened timeline with very specific criteria but you wouldn’t have guessed it from Danny’s demeanor. Always calm and cool he never let situations faze him even when I was on the verge of freaking out. We set out quickly and with great intensity and at times I felt like I was his only client. Danny really made an expected horrible experience into an unexpected pleasure.

Working with Danny was awesome! As a first time home buyer he showed a lot of patience with me and also helped me understand many things that I never had heard of. The smile that Danny has isn't a fake, forced smile: his smile really represents who he is as an individual and as an agent. Very nice, sincere, and honest. He really tried to help me in any way that he could as a first time home buyer! I was with an agent in another agency for over a month and she would take her time drawing up my offers; of course, by that time there were already 10 other offers on the table. However, Danny would draw up offers for me at the moment I saw a place and in 2 days with working with Danny we had an approval!! I'm not lying, I'm just telling how things went down. The experience he has along with the heart of gold will give you a peace of mind while working with Danny.
