We worked (and are still working) with Teresa because of her diverse geographic experience in our 2 areas of interest, Somerset county and Monmouth/Ocean counties. In Somerset we put our house up on a Wed night and had full priced offer on Thursday. Because the sale moved so quickly, we decided to rent in Monmouth/Ocean and Teresa found us a wonderful home to rent on the water. We are still working with her to find a home to buy in this area. Teresa is super responsive and very easy to get along with. She is completely in tune with a very difficult housing market giving mortgage rate spike and housing cost.

Teresa was amazing to work with! She helped us get our house sold fast! Teresa guided us in preparing our property to go on the market and hired a wonderful photographer to showcase our home. We had an open house 2 days after the house was listed for sale and had multiple offers. Teresa is knowledgeable about Bridgewater and the surrounding areas. Teresa Avin went above and beyond for me! Being a first time home-buyer, I had TONS of questions and concerns. Teresa never once made me feel silly for asking the questions I had. Teresa represented me on both the purchase of a new home and sale of existing home. She is incredibly personal, professional and responsive -- a trifecta of an excellent agent. I had the unfortunate task of cleaning out and selling my aunt's house after her passing. The state of NJ was a foreign territory to me other than visits during my youth to visit my aunt. She had moved and lived in newer community that I was not familiar with. So when I received Teresa's name from someone that worked at the H.O.A. office I was relieved. I was told that she was familiar with the community and her professionalism was unmatched. After I spoke to Teresa over the phone I had a good feeling about our upcoming meeting. After the meeting with Teresa Avin she put me at ease instantly. From that moment on I was in awe of her kindness, professionalism, and knowledge of real estate while she helped me sell my aunt's property. Further more she was extremely patient allowing my family and I to clear all legal concerns before selling. Teresa guided us every step of the way during the process. From finding a contractor to do repairs, assisting us with h.o.a. issues, making phone calls and running errands on my behalf when my work schedule would not allow me to travel to NJ...and lastly recommending us to a great legal team for representation during the selling of the home.
