Keller Williams Southern Nevada
I think there is Five Big Things that separate me from the pack: 1. I care about my clients. I know you are at bare minimum buying or selling the largest investment of your life. Most Buyer's and Seller's feel the terms of a real estate deal are like a foreign language. I understand this and am very patient at taking the transaction step by step. 2. Integrity and Honesty. I am told I can be a little to honest. I pride myself on making sure the Buyer or Seller is aware of everything going on. Believe me I am not perfect but if I do make a mistake I want you to hear it from me first not a Title Person or a Loan Officer. 3. Experience and Knowledge of the market. I have been a Realtor since 2013 however I also was President of Operation of a Property Investment Company from 2008 to 2013. I have over 25 years in business experience. I am third generation native to Las Vegas, NV. My family moved here in 1902. You will need to look pretty hard to find a Realtor with more knowledge of this market and ability to negotiate a successful escrow. 4. I am a Full Time Realtor. Yes it is estimated 70% of current Realtor's (I think that number is low) in the Valley work a full time job and do real estate on the side. I only do this! 5. Maybe the most important "I ANSWER MY PHONE AND EMAIL!" Anyone that has worked with a Realtor knows the frustration of getting a hold of their representation. So from 9am to 8pm unless I am with a client or somewhere where I can NOT answer the phone I pick up. If does go to voice mail I make it a point to return your call within 2 hours. Got questions? I tell my clients send me the list by email. I have a personal policy too answer every email in my inbox before I go to bed every night. Yes your email may get answered at 2am! Thank you for visiting my page and I look forward to hearing from you.
