I have been a real estate broker for 37 years and I have never seen a more knowledgeable and professional agent in my life! We sold 200 acres, that was in an estate, with a lot of people involved and she sold it fast and at our price. I would recommend her to anyone!

We met Deb in 2016 when we were looking for a home to buy. Her knowledge of Fayette County is remarkable and she helped us find and negotiate our deal. Unfortunately, we had to sell our home less than a year later and we knew Deb would get the job done! She knew how to market our property to a tee and we sold quicker than we could have imagined. We consider her family and if we decide to move back to the area, we wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Deb Dahlberg Rowland is a wonderful real estate agent who knows exactly how to market a home to best serve her customers' needs. Deb helped us sell our home for the price we wanted; she was with us every step of the way and patiently answered all our questions. What we really appreciated about Deb's work is her ability to see the qualities of a home in order to sell what makes a home special. Our house was not a cookie-cutter home, and we wanted to find buyers who would appreciate the landscaping and work we had done to set our home apart from other homes. Deb noticed what made our home special right away, and her marketing and sales approach mirrored our own goals. We loved working with Deb, and we recommend her highly!

Deb was outstanding and.she was able to resolve several difficult issues for us. She was a difference maker and we would not have been able to complete our transaction without her expertise and guidance.

Deb took such a personal interest in our move to Cedar Creek from Dallas; she even bought us an American Home Shield Warranty & referred local repair experts.Would gladly refer friends & family to Deb!

When I decided to "move to the country" I thought the process would be pretty easy and a realtor not really necessary. I was so wrong. Without Deb's help, I know I would not have found such fabulous place at a great price. They say you don't know what you don't know and I quickly found out there was a whole lot I didn't know (that would have caused me to make costly mistakes)—but fortunately Deb did know. Her expertise on the ins and outs of purchasing rural properties and extensive knowledge of the market saved me thousands of dollars and a ton of time. She quickly learned my likes and dislikes and was exceptionally patient while showing me 30-plus properties. Deb helped me find my forever home, so I won't need a realtor in the future, but if I did, she'd be the first person I'd call!

Deb did a great job for us. She was knowledgeable in how to best market our rural property and we got under contract to sell it while some work was being done. The work was delayed, both due to mother nature and human nature, but Deb worked with us and the buyer through these frustrations, vistited the work site often to help keep us aware of project progress, and ultimately brought the deal to closing. She owrked hard for us and we have great respect for her professionalism and expertise.

Deb helped us find a new rural property and we love it and her! She also sold our last property 8 years ago. We can't say enough good things about Deb, she's super knowledgeable, very responsive and of course personable. Highly recommended!

Every once in a while, you stumble across a realtor that truly represents what the trade once was. A caring individual that represents you, knows you, and goes to bat for you. A friend. An ally. That is Deb! You will not find a finer advocate for you, whether buying or selling. After more than three years looking for a place to purchase in order to move from “the big city” to “the country”, we were referred to Deb.Most realtors send you a bunch of listings and have you browse them, then ask that you let them know what you want to go see. Is this what Deb did? Nope. She and her wonderful husband took our family out to dinner to get to know us. Why? So she could best REPRESENT us. Who does that these days? Not many realtors, but Deb does.In a matter of weeks, we found (together) THE place for our family. Deb was great! All the way from the initial offer, to negotiating personal property purchases (that would be good for our children and our new homestead), to closing, Deb was in our corner.Who was there at closing to make sure all the “I’s” were dotted and the “T’s” were crossed? Deb was.Who comes by our new place on a regular basis to check in on us and say, “Howdy”? Deb does.Who is a now a close personal friend forever of me and my family? Deb is.Who are clients for life of Deb? Our family is.Thank you Deb. You TRULY helped change our lives. You have our thanks, gratitude, and respect.
