Dee did a fantastical job not only when I first purchased the property but most importantly with the sale of the property. As there were soo many road blocks in the sale not once did she falter honestly if it wasn't for her I don't think it would have gotten done on target.

She is a nice enough person. I’m sure she is a wonderful agent when things are going smoothly. However, my transaction did not go smoothly. She does not handle stress well. She does not like being questioned, and will lose her temper and yell at you. Nothing is her fault. She informed me she was no longer my agent, but then got angry when I reached out to another agent. She also told me that I would never get what I was asking for my house because it would not appraise. my new agent got me exactly what I was hoping for. Even a little more. Which was $55k over what D stated I would sell it for. Her conversations with my buyers agent in another state. She was quite negative about me, saying I was hard to deal with. My agent stated that she also yelled at her and was very emotional about everything.

Our house buying experience with Dee was amazing. We were moving out of state and she helped make everything easier for us to take care of so we didn't have to drive back and forth multiple times. We were able to sign almost everything electronically, and Dee was present for the inspection in our place. She was a huge help during closing after we found a few issues during the final walk through. I would absolutely work with her again.

We saw our dream cabin on Zillow and was immediately put in contact with Dee. Within Three days we went from looking at the cabin to putting in an offer to having it accepted. And here we are in heaven with our quaint little getaway in the deep forest of Sullivan county. Dee put us first and knew this was our dream cabin and did what she could to make sure it was ours, and she didn’t waste any time or play games. She kept us up to date and in the loop of everything happening and guided us along the way. We couldn’t have done it without her and I highly recommend her. I wish all realtors were like Dee. She truly cares about the people she’s working with and you can just tell she loves what she does. We truly appreciate her and all she did for me and my kids to get us this cabin. We are so happy! She will always be our go-to realtor from now on. I highly recommend her!

You can tell that Dee is a professional and has been in the business many years because she knew all the steps needed to help us try to attain our goals Of buying mountain acreage. She put us in touch with local people that would help us gain financing and do work on the property.
