Our relationship with Denise McBroom began 25 years ago when we purchased our current home . Although she had only been a realtor only a few years at the time her professionalism, patience , and expertise were memorable. We recently needed a realtor to help sale our investment property. Denise McBroom was our obvious choice . True to form she listened, did her homework , and placed our property on the market 10/7/20 ( above the desired asking price) , and was sold within two days . We closed 10/23/20. The experience was no less than amazing . We recommend her to anyone who needs to buy or sell a home.

I met Denise McBroom when she visited my office to conduct business. We had a great meeting and she left her card before leaving. I was so impressed with I kept the card over a year before contacting her. Her first impression was just that powerful. It did not take her long to determine to find what would be my new home. Denise has been our realtor for two houses that I've purchased. I'd go with this lady every time I'd think about purchasing a home. She's been very helpful and accommodating. She's been in this business very long and is very knowledgeable. I should say she's been very patient with us too since we had a lot of opinions for our house. Probably the most important skill is that she's knowledgeable and she listens. Those are very important combination of skill set that a perspective buyer should keep in mind when choosing a realtor.
