Dennis is truly a throwback realtor because customer service is his main priority. Not only did sell our house but I looked up on moving day and he was vacuuming and packing as it was his own home. Dennis has sold two of our homes in less than a week. His expertise on marketing, pricing and the housing industry is second to none.

As first time home buyers, we did not really know what to expect from a realtor other than what we had heard from family and friends. When we first met with Dennis, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience. Throughout our short course of house hunting, we noticed that Dennis is excellent at noticing things a buyer may not. This is good because some of those things could be deal-breakers!
