I am a native Floridian. After spending almost two decades as a television News cameraman he has had the privilege of witnessing first hand some of the biggest news stories in the media. Now he has changed his focus towards the even more exciting world of Real Estate. When he's not engaged in real estate Jamie can be found spending time with his family and friends.

Great realtor! Hello my name is Jeff and I used Diana as a buyer agent to help me find my home in St Pete. Diana is extremely knowledgeable and helpful (her 30 years of experience in the area shows), and she takes the time to teach you things. I had fun every time she took me out to see houses. She was always quick to respond, and she put up with my wish-washiness for 3 months! Ha.

Diane Spinelli and Teresa Flower were the ultimate professionals when it came to purchasing my Florida condo. Contacted Diana to help me purchase a condo in St Pete, I asked her for specific instructions to help me get the deal done.She did not call or give me the effort needed to purchase the property that I was ready to buy for cash which resulted in the seller accepting another offer.

Theresa and Diana are incredibly professional and have a wealth of experience!! They showed us many houses that had the features we were looking for in a new home, so we had a lot of options and a good idea of the St. Petersburg market. They then helped us get the house we fell in love with. The support and guidance they gave to get us from contract to close was tremendous!! We will recommend them to all of our friends!

Working with Diana was just wonderful. Two young girls trying to buy a home (first time buyers) who needed guidance and Diana was just awesome. Could not have asked for anyone better. She took care of everything. She was always just a phone call away. She always explained what we did not understand and taught us so much, and recommended the best people she knew who would get things done 'RIGHT.' We found each other!
