Experience

A Pacific Northwest native, I have lived throughout the Puget Sound area nearly all my life. My degree in English and background in technical writing gives me excellent communication skills to help you understand the paperwork and processes from the beginning to the end, of each real estate transaction. It is second nature to me to be attentive to details, to learn how things work, and to produce the results expected. I continue my education to help you achieve your real estate goals. With the demands of the current real estate market, you need a knowledgeable, attentive and responsive agent with a constant eye on the details. Many homes that are for sale now are Short sales, Bank-owned, or Federally-owned homes that require extra paperwork which changes frequently. I offer excellent experience and patience in all these areas.

Education

I believe in continuing education, especially in the ever-changing market these days. The knowledge I have gained from the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) enhances my skills at marketing and negotiating the sale of your home. With my Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) studies, I am ready to help you find the right home, negotiate the price and terms of the sale and present you with the keys at closing time.

Balance

My husband and I love to travel and agree that our most memorable trips were touring Northern Italy by train, and cruising the Utah, Colorado and Nevada Canyon Lands in a 26-foot RV. Over the years I have crewed on a sail boat racing team, climbed beautiful backpacking trails, water-skied over calm lakes at 5 am, and downhill-skied fluffy, as well as icy, terrain. Though golf is still a mystery to me, I enjoy playing and I am an avid soccer player, playing year round in Snohomish and King Counties.
