Gayle earned Rookie of the Year honors her first year in real estate receiving the Keller Williams Career Launch award. In 2004 through 2008, her production placed her as Top Producer in her office. She has been a member of her office Agent Leadership Council for the past 4 years and has earned an Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR)designation as well as the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation.

Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Gayle attended the University of Oklahoma earning a Bachelor of Arts and Science. Previously she worked at Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. as a legal assistant in the Urban developement section working with Municipal Utility Districts for seven years.

In 1992, Gayle married Tom Kennedy and they have three children, Andrew age 15, Peter age 11, and Mary Helen age 9. Her hobbies include golf and scrap booking.

Volunteerism is also an important part of Gayle's life including work with the Salvation Army, First Presbyterian Church, KW Cares and The Junior League of Houston.
