I have recently become licensed in Southwest Florida, bringing 16 years of experience as a Realtor in Southern California with me. My family and I came to Southwest Florida several years ago, and I fell in love with the Gulf Coast lifestyle and the natural beauty of Florida's landscape, waterways, and beaches. As a lifelong California girl, it took a lot to leave the only home I have ever known to come to a new climate and community, but I have no regrets. We made the big move to establish our new life here in 2019, and have never looked back.

My business philosophy is simple. As your realtor, I never forget that your interest is the only one I have in mind. I will do everything legally in my power to represent you in your real estate interests whether you are selling or buying a new property. I will work to get you the best price based on the current real estate market.

Based on my years of experience, I can guide you in ways to attract qualified buyers, which may include: suggesting repairs, staging, or alternative furniture arrangements to enable buyers to visualize themselves in your home.
