Originally from Pittsburgh, Pa, Janet arrived in Naples in 1985.

Janet says:

Janet’s past lives, before her 30+ years in Real Estate, included many wonderful experiences such as Dental Assistant and Retail Management.

Admittedly, her most favorite experience was owning a Pet Store in Pittsburgh. As an animal lover, they didn’t sell animals other than fish and hamsters. Mainly the shop provided pet grooming. It was a great time and there are some great stories that go with working up close and personal with so many dogs.

Janet Zasada, PA is a Broker-Associate who has been a full-time REALTOR in the Naples/Fort Myers market since arriving here in1985 and that includes hands-on experience in all facets of the real estate business. Her experience includes marketing, listing and selling properties from foreclosures/short sales to multi-million dollar residences and everything in between. She has experience in New Home/Condo developments, Resale homes/condos, builder scattered site sales and Luxury residential properties. Some of Janet’s luxury home sales include properties on Gulf Shore Blvd, Port Royal, Bay Colony, Grey Oaks, Mediterra, Vasari, Vineyards, Olde Cypress plus “The Belize” and “Vera Cruz” beach front luxury hi-rise buildings at Cape Marco on Marco Island.

Janet has received recognition for her “positive attitude” and has been honored with Sales Awards from several of the companies she has had the privilege of working with. Currently, she is associated with MVP Realty in Naples.

Janet’s dedication to real estate has prompted her to become an advocate for agent education. As a learning-based individual, she believes that being a professional in the real estate field most definitely requires continual personal education and growth. She’s traveled to destinations such as Las Vegas, Austin, New Orleans, Atlanta, Orlando and the East Coast of Florida for real estate conventions, training and educational opportunities. She has also attended conventions for Howard Brinton Star Power, Mike Ferry as well as Tony Robbins. She has also successfully completed courses for ABR, GRI, CRS, CREN, AHWD, SRES, e-PRO and TRC.

Janet obtained her Real Estate Instructor License in 1998 and she’s taught over 1,000 prospective Real Estate Licensees, some of which have gone on to bigger and better things.

Through the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), she currently serves on the LEGAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE. This committee writes and reviews the legal aspects of the NABOR contracts that are used in Collier County and parts of Lee County.

Through NABOR…she has also served on the PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE and attended the Leadership Academy. The Leadership Academy raised money to update and re-landscape the private Garden at Avow Hospice in Naples. This was a very fulfilling project.

Leann Anderson

Leann was raised in Ashland, Ohio.  Early in her career, Leann worked in the residential health care field as an administrator.

Her experience in the healthcare fields taught her the true value of client care.  Past clients would describe her as not pushy and all about client needs.

Leann possesses a wealth of knowledge about the Naples market and is an indispensable asset whether you are buying or selling.
