If there was a grade on the grading scale higher than an A+, Jennifer would receive it. Her knowledge, professionalism, and communication was outstanding!! Jennifer went above and beyond, and her work ethic is certainly something to be celebrated. The selling of our condominium went smoothly, thanks to all her efforts and recommendations. Jennifer has been an amazing advocate for us. We first met her in 2021 when we purchased a 2 bedroom condo in The Meadows. She represented the Seller. We were so impressed with her professionalism, remarkably pleasing disposition, and her “can do” nature, that we remained in touch as we sought to find a larger unit in The Meadows this year. As seasonal residents Jennifer became our eyes and ears to the market and kept us abreast of the chaotic changes in 2022 while we endeavored to find a property to accommodate our growing combined family. Jennifer got to know us both very well and understood exactly what we were looking for. When an opportunity came up on a Friday afternoon this past fall, she called us and arranged for a quick visit to the property on a Saturday morning. I happened to be in town but Mary was not. She then worked with us through that Saturday including touring the property with a live tour that Mary could experience and then subsequently advising us with relevant current data about the market leading to delivering our offer at 9:00PM. Jennifer knew the sense of urgency that was needed to capitalize on this opportunity. She gave up her whole day and Saturday evening to make this happen. And joyfully we succeeded in having our offer accepted on Sunday morning. Jennifer’s knowledge, hustle, and dedication to us was so impressive. And we were thrilled to get this place. But then we had to immediately sell the existing condo. As part of our analysis in buying the new place we needed to understand and rely on Jennifer’s knowledge to take the risk to commit to the new place before putting our existing place on the market. She gave us the confidence we needed to trust her judgement that our place would be desirable at a price that would give us the ability to pull off it all off. To some it was a leap of faith. Within 4 days our current condo was on the market with a beautifully done listing. Preparing the listing and getting her photographer in in such a hurry was done efficiently and with ease. Jennifer helped us navigate the sale of this property within 8 days at an amount over the asking price. We cannot find enough adjectives to describe how wonderful Jennifer has been through what has been 3 important transactions in the span of the last 2 years. The respect she has in the community is only surpassed by the authentic relationships she develops with clients, and professionals within the real estate community such as lawyers, insurance agents, home inspectors, and contractors. She makes complicated challenges happen effortlessly, and we feel so fortunate to have had her by our side. Jennifer Naylor is the real deal!
