Jim has been a pleasure to work with. He's a jovial guy, easy-going, extremely responsive, and very helpful during the location of a property and sales process.We viewed properties up and down the South Florida coast, sometimes as many as 10 in a day. I liked Jim so much because of previous dealings with him that when it came to purchasing a church for our congregation, there was no second thought to who I was going to use, Jim’s the man!!!! Just to make it clear he has bought and sold property for me and other members of our family for quite some time. Not sure how he does it but he is a miracle worker. His negotiating skills are second to none. He does things that no one else would have the nerve to do but he does it in such a way that it’s cool with everyone. He is a genuinely nice man with his main objective to help his client to get the desired results and he does so in the most professional way. He is smart and savvy when it comes to the real estate business and he’s very good at keeping a stressful situation calm. Buying/selling a church is not an easy task but in Jim’s hands he makes the impossible…possible.

I had been thinking about selling my home for some time but kept putting it off. All the time Jim had patiently stayed in contact with me. He made excellent suggestions on things to do to get my home ready to be put on the market once I finally decided to go ahead and put it on the market. He was great!!! He held my hand through the whole process and explained things on terms we could understand with ease every step of the way. When it was finally listed, a buyer was found in no time at all. I was cautious as I'd had a bad experience with a previous realtor, so I had interviewed several realtors before finally selecting Jim to represent me when I was ready to sell my house. Instantly he set my mind at ease during our initial conversation and even more so when we finally met. I chose him because the previous realtors I'd used looked at all of my requirements as a problem; Jim looked at them as opportunities and always had a solution instead of an excuse which was very important to me.Jim was beyond patient with me while I worked through my final decision to sell or not. He kept in contact with me, not to apply pressure but to check in and see how he could help. Jim found what appeared to be the perfect house for me.It took me another week or so to make the final decision to buy that property and finally sell mine. Jim walked me through the entire process and told me what to expect. He immediately got the house photographed and listed for me. He had multiple showings lined up the very next day and probably showed it 25 times in the next few days. We had several offers that came in less than a week after listing; one which we accepted over list price. Every time Jim showed the house or had an appointment with someone at the house, nothing was out of place and I couldn't even tell anyone had been there. In addition, Jim was great with my dogs which is always a good indicator of someone's character! He negotiated a great deal for me over my listing price. Jim was always prompt, on time, and courteous when scheduling the various appointments and made what I was dreading a very smooth and pleasant experience. Jim has an outstanding work ethic, is extremely professional, personable, and just a great guy! I still don't know how he does it but Jim is almost always available to talk or answer questions day or night and is so prompt about returning the few calls that he does miss. He's one of the hardest working people I know. I would recommend Jim with 100% confidence to anyone looking to buy, sell, or even rent a property.

My sister passed away and I needed to sell her home. I lived in a different city, 60 miles away. The appraiser that the attorney hired highly recommendedI speak with Jim about selling the house. After speaking with Jim I was completely comfortable with having him sell my sisters home. He explained to me the entire process of what would happen and made me feel at ease. The house sold fast thanks to Jim's hard work and dedication. His negotiating skills are execellent. It was a really difficult time for me and he helped to give me a little bit peace of mind.
