We are very disappointed with their service for the following reasons:1. Although we hired them in October 2014 and official promotion started on April 2015, they didn't bring many visits during spring months.2. Not a single showing during summer months (supposed to be peak season), only when we complained about it.3. After our concerns on early fall 2015, they advised on reduce the price. We agreed. They only updated the listing site, but they didn't use it as a new strategy (like promote it with "price reduced" or "new price"), only when we suggested.4. Short before our agreement was coming to an end, we let them know that we were interested in trying with a new agent. They asked for one extra month and we agreed. They found a potential buyer immediately. That made us happy, but also with the feeling that they had not work on our property during the whole year, only when we were about to try to sell it with somebody else.5. Closing date was a important part of our negotiations, as the buyer couldn't pay immediately and kicked the closing date three months. More than enough time to prepare and have everything ready. We agreed.6. They hanged the "sold" sign in our property without asking. At the beginning we didn't mind, but it is not that the property is sold after receiving the payment? Besides the property has not being paid yet, they are using free advertising.6. We contacted them about a week before the scheduled date, but surprisingly they have not followed up on anything and have nothing ready. We are out of the country as well as buyer, and we were relying on our agents to follow up the process. 5. Last communication I have received from them was in the date of the closing date, suggesting that the process was going to last one more week. At the time of writing this review it is more than three weeks after and nothing changed. They have not send us any mail or update since.Although the circumstances, we are confident that we will received the payment at any point -and we are also sure that they will be right on time to ask for their commission-. Their service was very poor.

John and Linda Vang have been our Realtor on two occasions. One was the sale of property (Keuka Lake home) and the other, the purchase of a property (vacant land for development). They represented us well in both transactions. John and Linda are highly knowledgeable in both the buying and selling aspects of the Real Estate market in the Southern Tier and Finger Lakes area of New York. They are friendly, professional and concerned about the client needs from listing, staging and showing, through to the closing process. We would highly recommend them for future Real Estate needs.

Linda Vang helped us buy a house in a very competitive market. She was very proactive in finding new listing for us and showed us properties that were really out of the box. Linda was very honest and extremely knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend the Vangs.

We bought a house on Keuka Lake through the Vangs. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Since then, they have shown us numerous other houses for potential upgrade and they have been very responsive and helpful in the process. We also worked with a couple of other agents over the last 12 years and have found the Vangs to be superior to all others.

We felt very fortunate a friend had referred us to the Vang Team. Both Linda and John have certain areas they like to work with the sale of a home but when an appointment was made and one wasn't able to keep the appointment, the other one would be there. Both Linda and John are experts in all areas of selling a home. Great advice Nd honest answers were given to us in preparing our home for sale, right down to the smallest detail of my having missed a spot in cleaning wall. If we had a question we always received a quick response. We had already bought a new home and needed to sell ours as soon as possible. The housing market in the Bath NY area is flooded with homes not selling quickly. Our home sold in less than 30 days of being on the market. That in itself speaks volumes. If we were ever to sell our present home, John and Linda would be the first call we make. You cannot go wrong asking John and Linda sell your home. I am confident they would be as enthusiastic, hardworking and honest if you hired them to find you a new home.

We had just recently purchased land through Vang Real Estate. John was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very courteous and professional. He had extensive knowledge of the local area and he was able to accurately answer any questions we had about the property. We also appreciated John’s reliability and punctuality. John was never late to any of our arranged meetings. This was especially helpful since we live over four hours away. When it came time to purchase the property, John played a key role in helping us get the land for a fair price. We would highly recommend Vang Real Estate to anyone looking to purchase property in the (wherever you purchased) area.

We used John & Linda to purchase our home in 2018. Their help was invaluable! They listened to our needs and desires in a home & showed us options that met those. They are very kindhearted people and we are so glad we used them to purchase our home. There was a short time during negotiations where we weren’t sure we would get our dream home but Linda used her intuition & we got it! I highly recommend these folks if you are looking in the Hammondsport/Keuka Lake area for a home.
