John was helpful and stayed communicative through every phase of the process listing, showing, and selling my property. John is highly recommended for anyone who is buying or selling property! John understands the area, the economy, and has understanding about any question I had during the process of selling my house. John also lives in a neighboring area to where I sold my house and this added to an enjoyable experience.

John had sold our previous house giving us a top notch experience with him as our guide. He made the process very easy to understand and led us through every step. When it was time to purchase our next home, we wouldn't have gone with anyone else. He gave me tips on how to properly prepare my house for showing, and even had a professional photographer come out and shoot some incredible shots of my house! John was very helpful working with us to find a home in the Gastonia area. We were relocating from out of state and didn't know much about the area. His experience in selling homes in Gastonia was great. He listened to what we wanted, provided helpful suggestions, and was very communicative. We felt cared for and that he was there to support our search on our schedule. If we ever need to move, we'll be reaching out to John!
