I have served in many capacities at my local church, and truly enjoy watching my kids participate in various activities: from Football and Volleyball, to Basketball, and even Special Olympics. We have lived in Chattanooga for more than a decade, and have a passion to see people achieve their dreams.     First off all, Johnny Smith is the man you want standing beside you. This was our first time buying a house. We saw “the House” and immediately started the process of purchasing the home. And let me tell you, Everything that could go wrong did.(seller issues) Johnny and his Team was with us every step of the way, guiding us, always keeping us informed and up to date, and even having to calm us down through the process. But having Johnny there, it was a comfort knowing that some one was on our side. He is genuinely an amazing person and he cares so much!     Moving from out of state and not having a permanent residence while we looked, let us be more picky about our final decision. Johnny was a patient and helpful agent for my wife and I. He never seemed bothered to go out multiple times and gave us very good advice when a property was less than ideal.
