    As first time home buyers, we were overwhelmed with the high pace of the Seattle and Eastside housing market. Julie was very patient with us, and explained all the processes clearly. This was helpful because we were really uncomfortable with the waiving our contingencies (which is necessary in this hot market). Julie never pressured us to make any decisions, but was also clear how our decisions would affect the attractiveness of our offer. She, of course, was correct, and we lost our first bid. Julie found our current home the first day it was on the market, and convinced us to go on a tour that evening. We had thought the home would go for above our price range and were hesitant to waste our time, but Julie had been working with the seller's agent to understand the sellers' requirements. By the time that we visited the home that evening, Julie had taken preliminary steps to start the offer process if we chose to move forward. This expedited the offer, and we were able to receive confirmation from the sellers that our bid was accepted within two hours of putting in the offer. After the offer was accepted, Julie made sure that the rest of the closing went smoothly and we were able to close about 10 days earlier than expected. Overall, we're very happy with our home buying experience. We love our new house, and feel that we paid a fair price for it. Julie's expertise and oversight made the buying process an enjoyable experience- something that seems rare in this current market.

    We had a great experience with Julie! She found several likely houses for us to look at and was very quick in showing us the listings and coordinating to view the actual houses. She paid attention to our feedback and helped us keep our expectations realistic.     I was in the process of updating and remodeling my condominium unit when I got in touch with Julie through a friend of mine. Julie immediately went to work with recommendations on things to help me sell my unit. She advised me to use a staging company and they were excellent. She helped me pick out new appliances. When I ran into trouble with my carpet installer, Julie stepped in and used her installer to get the job done on time.Overall we had a really great experience. Julie seemed to cover all the bases and launched the listing of my unit with open houses on two consecutive days. We ended up selling the unit for way over our asking price in five days!
