Karl worked through a difficult situation to enable us purchase the house we wanted. He and his staff provided assistance and gave us valuable advice every step of the way. Their honesty as well as their real estate knowledge was apparent throughout the entire process. Karl helped me purchase a condo for my mom and a house for my family in a short period of time.
