I grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. After graduation from Salisbury University with a Bachelor's degree and career start in Public Relations with the Town of Ocean City Dept. of Travel & Tourism at the Ocean City Convention Center, I met my husband and we decided to spread our wings, leave the shore & expand our professional careers.
Tom and I relocated to Orlando, FL where I landed as a manager in the Department of Public Affairs & Government Relations of Time Warner Communications Orlando Division.
I previously have earned a number of accolades for my performance and contributions at Time Warner managing Community Affairs & Education projects:
1999 Community Volunteer Award
1999 Central Florida UCP Society Chili Cook-off Fundraising award
2000 Beacon Award - National Cable Television award Orlando Division
