Kim is incredible, for lack of a better word. I am a first time home buyer. I was somewhat concerned about the process and I have always heard horror stories about it. However, I did not know that Kim was going to be a tool and weapon to utilize so I could come out victorious. Kim is not only knowledgeable, responsive, and prompt but she is also a warrior and extremely professional. She is always pleasant, understanding, enriching, and has multiple plans of action.
