For many years the Real Estate business has been a personal passion for Laura Duda. As an investor in residential property she quickly learned how to find the best deal available for the current market. Flipping homes with some of the most undesirable conditions became a fun, challenging and extremely rewarding experience.

In 2014 Duda decided it was time to share what she had learned about the Real Estate business. She became a new addition to the Exit Realty Leaders team located in Beverly Hills, Florida. Duda brings over a decade of customer service skills to this family orientated group. Through the years she has proven to have a strong work ethic, dedication and an enthusiastic approach with her clients. This has always left customers with a positive experience. The excitement she shows for helping people find their perfect home is uncanny!

Real estate certainly holds a part of her heart and a huge part of her time. However, Duda does find time to escape and enjoy the natural beauty of Florida. Being outside is truly a relaxing experience! Her hobbies include golfing, horseback riding lessons and camping. Duda believes there is no other place better than the small community of Citrus County to be able to enjoy nature at its best!
