I have four wonderful boys and just recently remarried in November 2006. The challenges and rewards of having such a supportive and beautiful family is often reward enough, but helping someone achieve the American Dream of owning their own home is just thrilling.

Katrina has always lived in the Upstate and knows the area well. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in business from Clemson University in 2003.  Before joining Carolina Home Real Estate she operated her own successful business.  She is also actively involved in several service organizations and has one son, Jordan. My name is Connie Onate, I was born in the state of California and moved out to Seneca, SC 2004. I have enjoyed my move out to this beautiful place of Lakes and Mountains. They are breathtaking!

My work experience has been business administration and interpreting in Spanish and English. I enjoyed interpreting in Real Estate applications and closings but never thought I would become a Realtor.

It has been exciting to able to help people in buying their home in the past year that I became a Realtor. This has been the best change in my life!

I am married and have a son and a daughter that have given me the pleasure of being a grandmother of two grand-daughters and two grandsons.

Originally from Odessa in the Ukraine, Arthur Khurshudyan moved to Seneca from New York City after a successful career with BMW. He has sold and leased Residential & Commercial properties for 5 years.

Arthur is a resident of Keowee Key and serves on the Marketing Committee, Volunteer Fire Department and as a member of the Rescue Dive Team. Arthur also volunteers weekly with Habitat for Humanity.
