Marcanne Green

Marcanne is the Broker Owner of Marcanne Green Real Estate, a boutique style real estate company which focuses on the needs of each individual client.  As the child of a Real Estate Broker, she has “grown up” in this business since 1977- as a buyer, a seller and an investor (she’s been a landlord since 1982). She obtained her broker’s license in 2003.

Background

Marcanne obtained her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.  She has worked for various employers including Boeing Defense and Space Group, The US Department of Energy, Calgon and Nalco.  During her career as a Chemical Engineer, Marcanne’s duties varied from managing a program budget of $200M dollars to crawling through manufacturing plants and inspecting them.

She and her husband have relocated numerous times during the years which resulted in the purchase and sale of several personal and rental properties.

In 2002 Marcanne moved to the Coachella Valley with her husband who is a builder.  Marcanne started selling real estate in 2003 and was a top producer in the valley.  Her sales are a reflection of her own hard work.  

In 2015 she started her own brokerage.  This allowed the flexibility she longed for when dealing with her various clients which included builders, banks, investors and individual buyers, sellers and renters.
