With generations of entreprenuers in her family, Marcy has benefitted from witnessing first-hand just what it takes to be successful in business. Add to that a host of higher education pursuits in Business Administration, Accounting & Graphic Arts, as well as the many roles she has held with family businesses, and you’ll begin to understand how all of these experiences result in the well-rounded, knowledgable and talented individual she is today.

Marcy has always enjoyed challenges that provide opportunities to demonstrate her talents and skills, especially in non-traditional career paths. As one of Ohio’s first female Licensed Public Insurance Adjusters, Marcy advocated for her clients needing representation during claims of loss and damage, and her accounting background was instrumental for her success with Business Interruption losses. As a custom architectural products designer, her artistic talents became her calling card for clients wanting unique art glass and wrought iron designs for homes and businesses.

Some of Marcy’s favorite experiences are from volunteering for non-profit organizations, such as Girl Scouts of the USA. She not only led 2 troups for 14 years, she served on the Board of Directors as well as National Area Delegate (2 terms), and as Service Unit Director, and Day Camp Director (for 9 years) at North Chagrin Reservation Discovery Days.

She loves to cook and bake, enjoys entertaining and is known for hosting fabulous parties. Marcy is a proud supporter of small businesses, and her favorite family activities include enjoying this area's world-class museums, parks & music venues.
