Maritza did an amazing job in selling my father's house. After his passing we really didn't know how to navigate or connect with the right people to get things moving. She maintained open lines of communication and she did what was best to get the house sold in a timely manner. I live in NJ and she really helped me have eyes in NC without having to rush down to do everything myself. I am truly thankful for her professionalism and taking control of the matter from beginning to end.

Fantastic person. Maritza met with us in a late Tuesday afternoon to go over everything in regard the sale of our house, didn’t leave any detail or questions unanswered, by late Tuesday night the house was in the market and by Wednesday afternoon had a contract on.
