Mary Lou is the best!! We received her name from a friend. She was always willing to answer any questions at any time. She always found an answer for us. She was very willing to listen to what we wanted and gave suggestions / feedback that was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Mary Lou she is very professional but yet very personable and easy to communicate with!We listed quickly and sold within the same week. Her pictures were wonderful and I feel she showed the heart of our home !!

Mary Lou was honest from the start. She allowed me and my family to make suggestions and would either agree and explain why or disagree and explain why. For instance, our initially asking price was considered "high" and Mary Lou explained this was so due to the age and various issues with the house and property. Upon her recommendation we remedied the issues. We actually received a bid over the first asking price by an investor that Mary Lou worked with but the sale fell through after the inspection and this was during the first week of the listing. She continued to recruit various buyers and investors. Ultimately, we lowered the asking price and the sale went through without a snag. She was overall, excellent.

Several words come to mind when I think of Mary Lou, but I'll settle with these: dedicated and extremely qualified. She was available during every step of our journey to buy a house, even when she was out of town on vacation, and she has a vast wealth of knowledge that is absolutely unbeatable! She was easy to work with and always very up front and honest with her opinions, all backed by years of experience. She's also willing to go to bat for her clients like you would not believe. She's the reason I live in a house I love even though there were other bidders to compete with, and I truly cannot recommend her enough!

Mary Lou was extremely helpful with the sale of our condo at Albany Woods in Marion OH. To start with she took multiple pictures of our beautiful home which we feel helped with the interest. We were immediately notified of showings that helped us plan around them. Mary Lou was accessible and prompt either via phone or text. Several years ago Mary Lou helped us sell a property in Marion after we were unable to with 2 other local realtors. We highly recommend Mary Lou Bell to any person looking for someone that works for YOU! Although she has had many listings, it felt like we were her only one. She returned calls and text messages quickly. she never had a problem with contacts at unusual hours. Mary Lou helped us find different contractors to help with our new place. Such as an awesome painter that she had used prior. She knows her stuff. She helped us with setting the price of our place to making an offer on the place we wanted. She also helped with negotiating a deal. Which if we did it ourselves, we would have walked away at the first offer. If you are looking for the best, look no farther!
