I met with Michael during a 3 day stay in Arizona, to find a home for our family. He managed to find us a home the first day I was there. He took care of all of the things necessary, while we still lived out of state. It was a huge under taking, and he made it look easy! We truly appreciate all his hard work, and look forward to getting settled in our new home!

Best realtor ever! Michael is a super nice guy who will stick by your side through the whole transaction and look out for your best interest. He was always one step ahead of us and never dropped the ball. He also provided honest feedback, and advised us as viewings and offers occurred. He is NOT the type of realtor who posts your home for sale and dissapears to collect a commission. He is highly involved in the process. I would 100% use him again to sell my home and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Michael is very knowledgeable of the market. Buying or selling. He goes out of his was to find solutions to the most complex situations He is also very willing to give you his time no matter what. He is not happy until the buyer/seller is happy. I recommend him highly and would never consider anyone else for my real estate needs. He is a true professional. Michael was very thorough and provided step by step guidance as we moved through the purchasing process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately and with clarity. Michael took our best interests and made them his own - he personally assisted in checking with the ROC to determine if the sub-contractors used were licensed as well as ensuring no detail was overlooked during the BINSR process. Lastly, he was very accommodating each time we requested access to the home. His services were top-notch from start to finish.

This was the 3rd house I have sold with Michael. He is communicative and quickly responsive. He is definitely the Realtor to hire to get your house sold and works well with other Realtors when issues do arise.I was away celebrating my son's graduation in Europe and Micheal took care to communicate with the Buyers Realtor and myself when things needed to be addressed and handled them when I was away.
