Since the 1990's, The Michael Tracy Group has become synonymous with getting real estate sold in the Florida Panhandle.

Mike and his group work hard to make sure they are on top of the market so their customers always have an advantage whether it be buying or selling. After working with a majority of the area's top builders and the successful marketing of several subdivisions, Mike was able to venture into developing his own subdivisions which brought in national builders such as D.R. Horton and Adams Homes.
