Mitch was very helpful, and helped my wife and I as first time house buyers through the whole process. We were uneducated in the process of buying a home and he walked us through it step by step while teaching us. He recommended specific mortgage brokers and arranged for the home inspections. We ended up with the worst house on the block because we trusted Mitch and a relative who was helping us since we lived on the west coast. Yes we should have come out and looked. Later found there were some better homes in this same neighborhood he failed to show us. Ten months later and he has yet to contact us to see how we are doing. However the selling agent has called and visited and impressed with what we have done to the place. In his words, "You took the worst house and made it one of the best." We would never use this Agent again.

Great guy. Showed us houses within 24 hours of request was on time. Very knowledgeable and the nicest guy ever. Show several house that we were looking for. He Was not pushy and Very professional but at the same time we just made a good connection and we were very comfortable with him. Thanks Mitch for finding our perfect home.

Mitch is the best!! He told us he could sell our house within a month and he was true to his word. He was always straightforward and honest with us every step of the way. The day we were supposed to close on our house some people came by and went through all of our trash and made a huge mess in the yard and carport. The buyer was ready to delay the closing but Mitch went by the house and cleaned up the mess. He knew we couldn’t get off work so he stepped up to help us out. You definitely won’t go wrong using Mitch Skuback. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family.
