I worked with Nichole to purchase my first house. It was a short sale property and her expertise in the process made everything flow as smoothly as is possible when dealing with a short sale. I had heard horror stories from friends who tried to buy short sale properties, but I experienced none of that.I am going to work with Nichole and her team again when I look to move to a more permanent home soon.

Nichole helped us in purchasing our first home and did an amazing job! She worked hard to find a home that would meet our needs and budget. Nichole is exactly what a Realtor is supposed to be. She works hard to make things happen. She is ethical which is a rarity in this profession. Although I'm sure money is important to her it certainly is not what drives her. Her drive seems to be to work hard for her client. I am happy to have been a client of hers for many years purchasing investment properties. Over the years we have asked her to show us some of the most disgusting properties in York County and she willingly showed them to us and never complained.
