I worked with Nichole to purchase my first house. It was a short sale property and her expertise in the process made everything flow as smoothly as is possible when dealing with a short sale. I had heard horror stories from friends who tried to buy short sale properties, but I experienced none of that.I am going to work with Nichole and her team again when I look to move to a more permanent home soon.

I am a real estate investor, who buys, rehabs and sells homes. Nichole has been very successful at identifying properties, which make good investments to both keep as rentals and flip. She has successfully listed & sold at least 20 properties for me over the last 6-years to both first time homebuyers and those buyers looking for a bigger home. Nichole helped us in purchasing our first home and did an amazing job! She worked hard to find a home that would meet our needs and budget. Nichole was helpful throughout the process. She maintained optimism for our property, even after the first monthly status meeting when new "comps" for other York City homes showed how difficult the market was going to be. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nichole / Howard Hannah to anyone trying to sell a home in York City / County.

Nichole is exactly what a Realtor is supposed to be. She works hard to make things happen. She is ethical which is a rarity in this profession. Although I'm sure money is important to her it certainly is not what drives her. Her drive seems to be to work hard for her client. I am happy to have been a client of hers for many years purchasing investment properties. Over the years we have asked her to show us some of the most disgusting properties in York County and she willingly showed them to us and never complained.
