Pam came highly recommended by a good friend. She knew the real estate area well, had a knowledgeable idea about the selling prices, had resources to go to for the proper inspections & proper repairs, was very pleasant & helpful. Pam is amazing! She has been a long-term realtor in that area and is helpful with all details of the purchase as well as community information! She showed several properties via video and knew exactly what problems there might be at each property but also gave the strengths of the properties. When we finally chose a home, she was able to help get bids from various contractors in the area for the work that needed to be done. She helped with homeowners insurance quotes also.
