    Pam is great to work with and very knowledgeable. She frequently gave me updates which helped me during the stress of selling a home. Pam always returned my call within a reasonable time. She’s very personable and friendly and I would highly recommend her...I asked her to help my 86 year old father sell his home and she was very patient, took her time and explained thing so that he understood what was going on.     It was by pure chance that my husband and I met Pam, and we are glad we did! We were coming back from taking our daughter to college and stopped by the Re/Max office just to ask a few questions and Pam was there. When we learned there was a chance we could move, we immediately called Pam back to schedule home tours the following weekend. I sent Pam listings we wanted to see so she had an idea. She also picked out a few more she thought we would be interested in. The whole process went very smoothly. Pam was very professional but also friendly and comfortable to work with. Her knowledge of the SML and surrounding areas is great and she provided us with wonderful advice on each area we visited. We could also call, text or Email any time and would get a prompt response. We never worried about communication with her. She negotiated a contract on a house we wanted and we could not be happier. Need to buy or sell? Call Pam :)

    Pam worked with my family recently on a new home purchase. We placed contracts on two different home which failed the home inspection. During the process Pam was always positive, very patient and professional. She was always ready to go out of her way to help move the process along and get us into a new home. The third home we looked at was the one we decided on, the only thing with this home, when we did the final walk through on the closing date the house had not be cleaned. We went ahead and closed on the home anyway. Pam immediately used her contact to have the house professional clean that same day even though we had already closed on the home. That's the way Pam is, she is all ways ready to go out of her way to help anyway she can. I highly recommend Pam to anybody who is looking to purchase a new home. Pam is a true professional!

    Pam was very helpful during the entire process from sending emails with homes in our location and price range, to being flexible to show properties of interest. Pam was very patient in answering all our questions. When viewing properties she had all the information readily available. If she didn't have the information, she was quick to obtain.
