Did an outstanding job. Was very professional in all aspects of the selling and closing process. Did a thorough job of marketing house. As a result of her marketing strategy the house sold quickly. Worked closely with us to prepare house to be put on the market. Aided in negotiation of contract. Was very helpful in providing guidance during contract negotiation. Kept us updated on progress of inspections that were needed and when they would happen. Communication was excellent. Every aspect of the process was handled in an efficient and professional manner.
