Living in Fayetteville for more than 25 years has given me a unique perspective that enables me to help my real estate clients make the best choice of a place to live in the area. I am proud to say that I am familiar with the communities that make up the Greater Fayetteville area, and I take great pleasure in helping my clients choose their next home. To me, the best part of being in real estate has been, and always will be, the opportunity to meet and get to know people. Providing my clients with the best service that is within my power to give is the "one thing" that I feel obligated to do at all times. I specialize in selling single family homes, condos, town homes, and occasionally, raw land. I especially enjoy working with first time buyers who may need someone to "walk them through the process". I absolutely love showing homes, whether existing homes or new construction, luxury homes, or homes that can be had for a bargain. I am committed to my clients' satisfaction and will take as much time as necessary to ensure that they have explored all of the available options. I recognize that buying a home is a large investment, perhaps one of the largest they will ever make. That's why I take as much time as needed to listen to their concerns. I want them to be as comfortable as possible with the process of buying a home before they sign on the "dotted line". I am never in a hurry to close a deal, preferring instead to make sure my clients are ready to move forward. Ms. Pat assisted us with our first home back in 2007. I was working outside of the United States so she was my liaison between the builder, bank and I. She found me a home with all my options for my price range. Ms. Pat made the process very easy and stress-free. Since I was overseas during the building of our home, Ms. Pat visited the site regularly and sent me photos as the process went on. The truth is, she went above and beyond without wavering or complaining.
A few years ago, we decided to return overseas to work and Ms. Pat assisted us in finding an agency to rent and manage our property. Our property had a tenant within two weeks of placing it on the market.
We are currently looking for a new home and Ms. Pat is again assisting us in the process. For example, just last Saturday I emailed her about a home that I was interested in and she went to visit the property on Sunday without me even asking her to.

She has been instrumental and continues to be in our home hunting process or for that matter, anything housing related to include finding contractors when there is something wrong with our home, whether it is the HVAC or plumbing system.
