I always put a checklist together with my fellow homebuyers’ housing requirements. As I browse the market, I go through the list so the new property will fit their needs like a glow. 

What separates me from other agents is that I conduct my own inspection when showing a property. In other words, I preview the asset before presenting it to my clients.

What inspired me to join the real estate business?

Before becoming a realtor, I worked at a nursing home as an administrative assistant. I have accumulated over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry in Miami Beach. Then, I developed a retirement community in West Palm Beach, Florida. I discovered my strong suit: helping people in need accomplish their goals. Choosing a realtor’s career was the only logical move for me.

Helping house hunters or first-time homebuyers find their dream home serves me great joy. In addition, I like embarking with them on this extraordinary journey where we work together. However, I must explain that this will be one of their life’s most challenging and significant purchasing decisions. To achieve our objectives, a good plan is essential. I disagree with rushing to sell or buy a property without thorough market research.

Do we share the same hobbies and favorite pastime activities?

I am a passionate arts and crafts fan. I always take advantage of every opportunity to attend an excellent exhibition in town. Furthermore, I love being surrounded by pets, primarily cats. And last but not least, I love exploring the must-see places in my favorite cities: Fort Myers, Entero, Bonita Springs, and Naples, FL!
