Because we live out of area, selling our condo in Florida could have been a very complicated process, but Rachael made sure that our property was priced to sell, that all necessary repairs were supervised and approved, and that things went smoothly from contract to closing! Highly recommend her!

Rachael has been my go to realtor for many years. She is very helpful, kind, caring, and listens to your needs. Many realtors will just push you to get into a home so they can make their commission but Rachael is patient and wants nothing but the best for her clients. Rachael is very communicative and present and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I am happy to say that I've gained a friend in her throughout all the times we've worked together.
