Wood Christie’s International Real Estate in August 2021. The values of John R. Wood are the same values Nicola has demonstrated throughout her career...legendary service, integrity, hard work, passionate dedication and local expertise. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Nicola's primary focus is always on her customers' needs and concerns. One of her most rewarding accomplishments is the number of past customers who have become her personal friends. These friends, in turn, refer their friends, a cycle that is the key to Nicola's success in real estate.

Nicola's immediate family includes her husband of over 25 years, Jeff and her two children, Natalie and Riley. Nicola likes to stay active. She works out or runs almost every day. She also likes to hike, read, listen to music, attend concerts, golf, paddleboard, visit the beach, dine in Naples’ fantastic restaurants, travel and spend time with her family. Nicola and Jeff met in Portland, Oregon, and have also lived in St. Charles, Missouri, Overland Park, Kansas, Plainfield, Illinois, and Maple Valley, Washington. She has built a reputation as a sales leader in her community, Riverstone, selling over 75 homes in this one community.
