Definition of "Dependent care flexible spending account"
Account that is similar in form to the health plan flexible spending account (FSA) with contributions to this account used to reimburse employees who are parents for expenses at a children's day care center or home child care. Employees can also be reimbursed for expenses associated with caring for an elderly parent.
