I don't know about you, but I always buy salad.
I rarely eat it... but it makes me feel good knowing that I didn't go to the supermarket and get JUST candy, snacks, frozen food, soda, and ice cream.
I make a big scene. I even say out loud "Here's my romaine salad, some arugula and, of course, broccoli; my favorite" to a cashier who could care less and, deep down, knows I'll eventually throw it all away unless a healthy visitor comes to the house and asks for salad.
But now a thought has come to my mind: what if that person doesn't really want to eat salad, and it's doing exactly what *I* do at the supermarket; just posing as a healthy person?
Mind-blow: are we all financing the healthy food industry because of our guilt and need to show off to others?
Cue in the angry comments that don't understand a joke and come swearing they LOOOOOVE eating salad.
