1. Sponsors: The Instagram Contest is sponsored by RealEstateAgent.com. 

 

2. Eligibility: The RealEstateAgent.com “Mother’s Day Giveaway” Instagram giveaway is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age and older. Commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. 

 

Employees of RealEstateAgent.com, its advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation, or handling of the Sweepstakes, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent companies, officers, directors, owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Contest and/or the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members (whether related or not) of each such employee, are not eligible. PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW and is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial and local laws and regulations.

 

All accounts that enter the giveaway must be real.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Instagram Giveaway, each entrant accepts the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decision of the Sponsors, which is at their sole discretion and is final and binding, and warrants that the person is eligible to participate in the Instagram Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. The prize may be revoked or canceled if it is later determined that the entrant was not eligible for the prize, at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. 

 

4. 4. Contest Period: The “Mother’s Day” Instagram Contest will begin on May 2nd, 2023, and will end at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on May 10th, 2023. All entries must be received before the deadline to be eligible to win.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Subsequent attempts and /or entries made by the same individual to submit multiple entries using multiple or false contact information or otherwise may be disqualified. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

 

In addition to complying with all the requirements of the Official Rules, each entry must comply with the associated form of entry “How To Enter”. Any entry that the Sponsors, in their sole discretion, determine is in violation of any of the Official Rules or the associated form of entry will be disqualified.

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification:

The winners will be selected randomly with www.random.org.

 

The winners will be announced within 48 hours after the “Giveaway” end time on our Instagram page. The contest may be extended if the sponsor chooses. Details on how the winners can claim their prizes will be located in the description section of the provided post. It is the entrant’s responsibility to check the Sponsor’s Instagram account 72 hours after the “Giveaway” has ended to check if he/she has won. The winners have a 72 hours window to reply to our messages with their email addresses. In the event that a winner is ineligible or the prize notification is not deliverable, an alternate winner may be selected and contacted. 

 

7. 7. Grand Prize: 3 Sephora Gift Cards of $75 each

The prizes for this Giveaway are 3 Sephora Gift Cards of $75

3 lucky winners will have the chance to get a $75 Sephora Gift Card. The gift card is gonna be an e-gift card that will be communicated to the winners via email after the giveaway ends, and winners are selected.

 

The prize must be redeemed within 72 hours of the winner's announcement.
