Rita did an amazing job. We were looking to move from Nevada to Cabot and she spent the day showing us a lot of houses and options within what we wanted. Her knowledge of the area and houses was amazing and felt comfortable and confident in her ability to find us the house. Very positive and fun to look at houses with. We finally found a house and Rita was able to get an offer in and get the perfect home for our family. I recommend to anyone looking for a house in the area to hit up Rita. She is the best.

Rita provided me with several listings I may be interested in. One of them was exactly what I was after, including the special color of brick.

There were several things I wanted builder to add on and she went to bat for me and we got everything I asked for.

She was quick to respond, fun to work with and I highly recommend her!

Rita is AMAZING!! She is super organized and friendly! She was with us every step of the way! My husband and I had COMPLETELY different ideas when it came to the home we were looking for. Rita found us a home that was PERFECT for BOTH of us, that qualified for the type of loan we wanted, in an area we wanted, and the cost was lower than our set budget!

Rita helped me purchase my first home and went out of her way and all around North Little Rock, England, and Sheridan to make sure I was happy with my first purchase. Rita went above and beyond to get our house sold when my husband was transferred. It was a bad time for sellers but somehow she worked magic and got it done. If I ever come back to this area I will definitely use Rita as my agent.
